No CommentsThe EURL is the French name for a Sole Proprietorship With Limited Liability. Basically, it is a SARL, but with only a single partner. It is therefore subject to the same rules as a conventional SARL, except for the changes made necessary by the presence of a single partner.

You’re the manager of an SARL (The French equivalent of the Limited Liability Company) or an EURL (an SARL, but with only one associate). If you’re not sure what social coverage you’re entitled to, it’s probably because the answer can be somewhat confusing and unintuitive.

Since 2016, if the sole associate of an EURL is the same person as the manager, then they can benefit from the Micro-company tax system.
