Incorporating your company in France means that the official language is French. Undoubtedly that can cause issues with important correspondence and legal documentation.  Upon request, your Concierge will accurately sort out your mail and advise on how to act accordingly thus avoiding unnecessary translations or missing to answer important administrative correspondence.


With many of our customers living outside of France the ability to arrange for a power of attorney, proves extremely beneficial and can be administered through your Concierge team. A legal arrangement which will come in handy for retrieval of checkbook or credit cards, signing rights and many others services with the banks and administrative bodies, including adding or cancelling standing orders and direct debits. We have teamed up with several banks in France to offer the best in business banking for our Clients.


Your Concierge can be authorized to deal directly with tax office on your behalf for filling property tax form, setting up online accounts and paying on your behalf the annual property tax (contribution foncière des entreprises). Tax not included.


Having your products Trade Marked is valuable protection for you. It clearly distinguishes your goods or services those of another enterprise. Your Concierge will provide a same day response to requests for trade mark validation and whether the brand name is readily available or is already taken.


To make your life easier and help reduce your costs we can provide full access to facilities in our prestigious head office. We aim to work efficiently and effectively to help you save money and we are committed to providing value for money in all our activities.

We have fully equipped meeting rooms from one hour to full day, coupled with fully equipped kitchens with complimentary refreshments at your disposal that can be arranged through your Concierge team. Free access up to 3 hours per month.


As your Concierge team understand the local regulatory environment, support and advice will be provided through the telephone, skype or email up to 4 hours of support. This includes contract review (vendors, Clients or partners), we will be able to guide you and support you every step of the way.


 The validity of a certificate of incorporation does not exceed 3 months in France. Clients and administration bodies will often ask you for an updated certificate. We will obtain an updated certificate upon request which will show that the company is still registered and shows that it has completed with all statutory requirements. Your concierge can also provide you with French clients certificate of incorporation or MA&A (Articles).
