It is a full-service solution from a local agent in France. This is a cheaper alternative to hiring exec administrors. Companow are committed to learning how our clients work and operate, that way we can help them to improve, allowing us to provide a continually developing service. Say yes to outsourced administrative support that helps your business grow. If you do not have an existing office lease contract the Concierge Executive with business address is a huge cost saving alternative to renting an office.

What will you get?

Mail sorting and management:
We will accurately sort out your postal mail and advice on how to action it accordingly.

Accounting coordination:
We will manage all your statutory documents and send by emails/documents to your Chartered Accountant requesting completion and send on behalf of you all forms such as, but not limited to: tax office, social contributions, health care insurance providers, pension plans providers, and all other relevant bodies.

Accounting documents management:
Ensure your accountant is always fully up to date by sending by email all documents such as, but not limited to, monthly bank statements, vendors invoices, client’s invoices.

Supplier payments:
Paying your suppliers on time is important to you and will secure your operations. We will inform by email to pay supplier invoices and follow up on any requests.

Contract renewal management:
We will manage your contract expirations, send all relevant documents requested contractually to the relevant parties. We will act on your behalf and provide all support required to ensure you comply with your contractual engagements.

Administration forms:
We will complete all administration forms provided that the information is available at Companow bank or administrations forms.

Reminders management:
We will proactively send reminders and follow up emails to you to ensure that key requirements are not missed when actions are pending

– Free access to meeting rooms:
To make your life easier and help reduce your costs we can provide full access to facilities in our prestigious head office. We aim to work efficiently and effectively to help you save money and we are committed to providing value for money in all our activities.We have fully equipped meeting rooms from one hour to full day  that can be arranged through your Concierge team. Free access up to 3 hours per month.

Business development support
As your Concierge team understand the local regulatory environment, support and advice will be provided through the telephone, skype or email up to 1 hour per month of support. This includes contract review (vendors, Clients or partners), we will be able to guide you and support you every step of the way.

– Documents and certificate.
Upon request we can also provide you with French client’s certificate of incorporation or MA&A (Articles). The official certificate will be sent by email within 48 hours. (limited to one request per quarter)
This service does not include translation of the letters but general guidance on actions to be taken.

– Trademark checking
Having your products Trade Marked is valuable protection for you. It clearly distinguishes your goods or services those of another enterprise. Your Concierge will provide a same day response to requests for trade mark validation and whether the brand name is readily available or is already taken.

Banking:
We can arrange for a power of attorney, a legal arrangement which will allow Companow to work on your behalf with you bank, extremely beneficial for the retrieval of cheque books or credit cards, signing rights on official documents when you can not be present and many other services within the acceptance of the bank such as setting up, amending or cancelling standing orders and direct debits.

With a fixed monthly cost you no longer have to worry about overheads or deploying capital for building or operating your own business infrastructure. With pay as you go you can manage your costs much more efficiently.

This is of the utmost importance at Companow. Our premises feature advanced surveillance (24hours – 7days), smoke detection alert and alarm systems for the safekeeping of your documentation.

Access on demand:
Storing documents off site doesn’t mean you can’t access them quickly. One of the key benefits of using Companow document storage service is our “access on demand” solution. Once your request is received, our team will retrieve your documents and give access within 48 hours of your request.
